Communicaiton challanges are everywhere. Our clients range dramatically in size and scope across public and private sectors and at all levels of an organisation. Below is a case study on 2 of our long standing professional service clients and a brief description of the work Emma has done and continues to develop with them
KPMG
I began working with KPMG 7 years ago. The first piece of work was to prepare their presentation team for milk rounds. I worked with Partners and HR staff. I also prepared their 1st years for media interviews. Next I upskilled the full HR team in presentation skills through a series of 1-1 coaching sessions. Over the next 2 years I developed and implemented presentation skills courses on 3 levels – Graduates , Seniors and Managers. These courses focused on Communication Skills and Personal Impact. In 2009 I developed a 4 hour communication workshop for support staff
Emma is highly professional and flexible in her approach, providing exactly what we need in terms of programme content. Our graduate audience find her feedback both insightful and extremely beneficial. Each year, she works with us to meet our specific needs for our trainees within KPMG. Emma keeps us constantly informed throughout the delivery of her programmes and her follow-up with L&D and the participants is excellent. We have worked with Emma a number of years and I have no hesitation in recommending Emma.

MOP
Under the Guidance of Kevin Hannigan, Matheson Orsmby Prentice began a comprehensive, cutting edge roll out of training. Time was a big issue so instead of running full day courses I specifically tailored 4 hour sessions for Interns, Trainees, and Associates in Presentation Skills. I also did a series of coaching sessions with their more senior staff . Today we are further developing with an emphasis on long term behaviour change and support for staff
Emma Ledden has provided presentation skills training to our staff since 2007. During that time, Emma has shared her expertise with staff right across the firm from summer interns to partner. She has consistently delivered a high level of training, customised to reflect the way that MOP wants its people to conduct business. She is responsive, insightful, professional and above all else, her training has made a difference to the way our staff deliver their message.
